AfriCHI is a new HCI conference presenting itself as: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;AfriCHI\u2019s mission is to be a pan-African conference that brings together researchers, academics, practitioners, industry professionals and students who are African, are based in Africa or undertake or collaborate on HCI and Interaction Design projects about Africa. The conference showcases contributions on practical, technical, methodological, empirical and theoretical aspects on all topics related to HCI and Interaction Design from as many African countries as possible.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s always interesting when new HCI conferences are popping up! AfriCHI 2016 will take place\u00a021-25 November 2016 in Nairobi, Kenya.
